Footnote -- 29 Aug

Some
people will call this page dirty campaigning. One
needs to consider
this:
In a political campaign, who sets the
ethical level?
The side
with the lowest ethical standards!
If your opponent is using negative campaigning and
you're not, you lose. John
McCain proved that in the 2000 Presidential campaign.
Karl Rove
and Newt Gingrich, and the others of like character have
not gone away. They are merely out of site.
Karl Rove and Newt Gingrich were both at the Republican convention.

When
you examine
the fundamental consciousness that runs men of Grandpa McCain's generation,²
you can't possible want that mentality running the most powerful country in
the world in this time of serious
economic crisis ²
and looming
environmental disaster.²
He
calls the Democrats the party of Taxation while he and his Republican buddies under
the so-called leadership of George Bush have secretly taxed the public
to the tune of about 480,000,000,000. (480 billion
dollars) Deficit spending is a secret tax that
you and I pay
immediately in the form of higher prices
for
gas, food,
rent, medicine, and everything else we buy. Either John
McCain doesn't understand basic economics or he's lying to us about
taxation.
Deception
may win elections, but it destroys and kills the people, the
nation. Without major change, it's about to kill the economy
and create an economic depression far worse than that of the 1930's
Where
in the past eight years have those running the Whitehouse demonstrated
honesty, integrity, and true moral values? They are the masters of
sleaze, corruption, secrecy, censorship of science, incompetence, outright
lies, and creators a holy war with Islamic extremists. And now
they're so desperately trying to keep their sleazy hand in the public treasury
that they've put a Cinderella beauty queen on the ticket as John McCain-Bush's
running mate.
After all the hoopla about
Obama not having any experience in international relations, McCain chooses a
Cinderella beauty queen as his running mate -- a woman who has absolutely zero
experience in foreign relations. McCain is 72 years old.
He's a product of the prohibition era -- a time when people publicly professes
piety and secretly endorsed "sin." (Born 1926. Alcohol
prohibition lasted until 1932.)
He's
older than Alaska, older than computers, and older than cell phones and global
communication, older than the great depression of the 1930's. If we
symbolically measured human evolution if geologic terms, McCain comes from the
dinosaur generation.²
If he wins the Presidency,
he'll be 76 at the end of his term. There is a good chance he
won't live out the next four years. Based on some of his incoherent
statements ²
he could already be in the beginning
stages of Alzheimer's disease.
If he dies while in office, we'd have Cinderella running the
country?
Regardless of what you believe or
don't believe, the evidence clearly tells us that humanity is facing the most
severe crisis in all of human history. Our collective choices will
determine the future of humanity and the future of the planet
itself. Under the present conditions and circumstances, neither
Grandpa McCain nor Cinderella are capable of running this
country.
